Do you provide financial services administration?

Unfortunately, no. There are depths of administration outsourcers in the marketplace today who can provide administration at very competitive prices. If, however, you are stuck trying to find the perfect fit for you, we may be able to assist in finding a provider to suit your needs.

Can I pay for services by the hour?

Typically our work is quoted after scoping each project. We find that charging clients in instalments means that there are no surprises for you. Of course, there may be the ability to charge by the hour where the scope of the project changes part way through, we will let you know if that happens and before we commence any work where this might apply.

I’m not a client of Elixir Consulting, how will I ensure that my information is protected?

GSD Lab was established as a separate division of Elixir Consulting. All clients of GSD Lab, whether clients of Elixir Consulting or external to the Elixir Consulting group, are assured to receive complete discretion.

At GSD Lab our business infrastructure and systems are separate to those of Elixir Consulting and we will only share information upon written permission from the client.

Our extended privacy policy includes sharing of information and is available on request.
