we’re not HR Consultants, but we’ll help you prepare and rollout your HR framework

> Research your options on HR framework and implement what you decide – researching takes a lot of time, we can do this for you and offer you a selection of options based on your needs, once you make a decision, we will work with you to implement any changes, even if it means starting with a fresh sheet of paper.

> Implementation of your staff review process – you may have been needing to do this for a while and haven’t had the time. We can help.


Client Communications

> Documentation of your client communications framework including your marketing plan.

> Marketing projects – this may include sourcing a 3rd party to achieve your goal – we will manage the project for you.


Project & Change Management

Planning change before implementing encourages people to take part and take charge of the change process, bringing positive reinforcement of the company vision. Less stress and anxiety lead to greater levels of engagement and less disruption to the business. Why take this on yourself when you can outsource it to us? We will help you design a project including tasks and milestones, implement change and manage the project for you. There is really no end of possibilities for how we can support your projects. The only limit is your imagination. Here are a few examples of projects we can manage for you:

> Helping you get your business ready for a successor or a sale – working with you to create an Information Memorandum and ensuring you have every piece of information ready that any potential buyer might request.

Our Process

Step One

After a 30 minute call, we will meet you and your team to work through your strategy and ideas for your business including the roadblocks you see.

Step Two

We’ll scope the project and give you our advice on the best way to achieve the outcomes you’re looking for. Once you’re happy to move forward, we’ll agree on costs and timeframes via our engagement letter and get started.

Step Three

We create a project plan, allocating tasks to us as well as any of your team that may need to be involved (that may include you)! Once the project begins, we will give you regular updates along the way.
